SigmaGate success case in ICA Kvantum: access control and loss prevention in high-traffic stores
At ICA Kvantum, the store faced the challenge of managing very high customer flow due to its location next to a metro entrance, with a risk of product removal from inside the store to the outside, as the access points were not supervised by staff. To address this, a double SigmaGate barrier was implemented, increasing the standard height to 900 mm, which prevented items from being thrown over and reinforced security at entrances and exits.
