More than entertainment: a high-design immersive experience

Madrid, Spain
Servicios:
HMY has participated in the development of the new F1 Arcade Madrid venue, an innovative immersive entertainment concept that brings the excitement of Formula 1 into a unique experiential environment. Located within a space of more than 1,500 m² featuring state-of-the-art simulators, social areas, and an integrated food and beverage offering, the project redefines the way competitive entertainment is experienced.

In this context, HMY was responsible for the engineering and manufacturing of illuminated furniture solutions, helping create an immersive atmosphere where technology, design, and experience merge to fully immerse visitors in the world of F1.
Collaborative engineering: precision driving the immersive experience

From the beginning of the project, we worked from as-built plans and established continuous collaboration with teams in the United Kingdom and the United States, where other F1 Arcade venues were already operational. This international coordination remained active throughout all phases — development, review, and manufacturing — allowing us to align criteria, optimize solutions, and ensure global project consistency while adapting the concept to the specific characteristics of the Madrid space.

This collaborative approach made it possible to guarantee technical precision, streamline processes, and ensure that every furniture solution integrated seamlessly within the immersive environment envisioned for the project.

Premium materials and high-quality finishes

The project is based on a carefully curated selection of premium materials that elevate the perception of the space and reinforce its high-end character.

High-quality woods, including stained oak with different finishes, were used throughout the project, adapting each finish to the various areas within the same furniture piece to create visual richness and differentiation. These materials are combined with imported marble surfaces, achieving a balance between sophistication, durability, and construction detail.

Integrated lighting within the furniture

Lighting was conceived as an element fully integrated into the furniture itself, providing both functionality and the atmosphere required to achieve a truly immersive experience.

Many of the elements incorporate LED lighting, including the main bar, which features an illuminated back bar, as well as the secondary bar located on the upper floor, also equipped with integrated lighting solutions.

This integration enhances the user experience by emphasizing volumes and creating immersive environments fully aligned with the concept of the space.
