The challenge
Saigu, a renowned digital-native cosmetics brand, entrusted us with the opening of one of their first physical stores in Valencia, Spain. The challenge was to transform their solid online identity into a commercial space capable of conveying the brand's Mediterranean essence.
The goal: to design a store that combines aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, reflecting Saigu's core values of natural beauty and well-being. The project needed to establish an emotional connection between the brand and the customer through a sensory experience that remained coherent with its digital universe.
Our solution
From our Commercial Space Consulting and Design area, we developed an integral retail design project that encompassed everything from the creative concept to manufacturing and installation.
We designed custom-made furniture, technical lighting, and a personalized colorimetry zone to enhance the customer experience. We choose materials inspired by the essence of the brand and design the store layout with the customer flow in mind, integrating interactive technology to enrich the purchasing journey.
Thanks to our integral approach to store design, engineering, and manufacturing, Saigu’s new space reflects the Mediterranean Glam essence that defines the brand in every detail.
