HMY achieves again two Gold Popai Awards

On June 15th the France Popai awards ceremony Awards took place in Paris, Pavillon d’Armenonville.  It is an annual competition that rewards the best creations for the point of sale and, this year, 250 entries competed in 37 categories.

This year, HMY presented four relevant projects developed in 2016. These projects were registered in three different categories, where the company is continuing its quest to offer global retail solutions.

Of the three projects presented, the judges nominated Decléor (France) and Futbol Emotion (Spain) for awards in the categories of “Shop fitting – Multiple achievements” and “Digital - Connected Store” reaching, in both cases, the maximum grade.

The first one was a transformation of the esthetic centers of the L’Oreal professional product division. HMY helped to transform their beauty institutes into reliable commercial spaces. Decléor competed alongside Lacoste and LG, for the best commercial architecture solution.

On the other hand, Futbol Emotion is an innovative store concept that comes to revolutionize the retail market for its ability to integrate technology, generating an omni-channel shopping experience. Coca-Cola and Crédit Agricole proposals, which competed in the same category obtained the second and the third place.

The judging panel in 2017 was comprised of world-renowned advertisers and dealers like: Bic, Bouygues Telecom, Carrefour, Celio, Dior, Delhaize, Fnac, Guerlain, L’Oreal, LVMH, Microsoft, Orange, Samsung… Their role has been to award the most successful, creative and innovative projects for marketing at the point of sale.

For HMY these awards are recognition of the daily work that they carry out as experts in retail as well as strengthening its leading position within the market and its capacity to support brands and retailers in all their needs, including premium and omni-channel segment.
