We analyze the scope of the project and structure all interventions: design services, architecture, electro-mechanical installations, interior finishes, furniture manufacturing, lighting and technology solutions. In addition, at an even earlier stage, through our network of trusted partners, we pinpoint the right store for you and produce a feasibility study.
We plan and coordinate all project tasks: administrative and legal requirements, suppliers’ selection, manufacturing, logistics, construction and installation with the aim of achieving time, cost and quality objectives.
As General Contractor, we take the responsibility on your behalf of executing all interventions through our internal teams and the teams provided by the network of our specialized and trusted suppliers.
We monitor all project phases with time, cost and quality requirements in mind, giving special attention to: prototypes production, manufacturing processes, furniture finishes, logistics, store interventions and shopfitting installations.
We implement turn-key projects, providing you with a store where space and equipment are functional and ready to sell. In order to accomplish this objective, we offer additional services such as tech installations, merchandizing and store maintenance.
