The HMY Yudigar General Manager, Ignacio Marín, designated HMY Group President

Ignacio Marín is an industrial engineer specializing in management. He moved to Zaragoza in 1993, the year in which he assumed the Industrial direction of HMY Yudigar until 2001 when he was named General Director. From Cariñena he has managed operations for the HMY Group subsidiary in Spain, Portugal, Greece, North Africa and Latin America ( in business that range from Mexico to Chili ) leading a human team of 1050 employees, of which 670 are based in Aragón.

José Benito Pardo also an industrial engineerhas reached the General Direction of HMY Yudigar after performing the task of Industrial Director since 2007. During this time he has combined this functionwith one of the Latin American Business Directors and more recently with the HMY Group Industrial Direction. Both professionals have an excellent knowledge of the market, as their extensive career and experience confirms.

HMY is an international leader in design and equipment production for commercial spaces by business volume, industrial capacity and geographical presence.Founded in 1998 by the fusion of the Spanish YUDIGAR –located in Cariñena (Zaragoza)–with the French HERMES METAL–based in Monéteau (France), where the headquarters of the Group is also base, it ispresent in 54 countries on the five continents.

The HMY Group, has 3500 employees, closed the 2011 exercise with a turnover of 422 million euros. Some of its most renowned customers areAuchan/Alcampo, Carrefour, Casino, Día, Leroy Merlín, Mercadona, Tesco and several brands from the Inditex Group.

Since 1998, the Group has been growing with the incorporation of different companies that as a result have given multiple synergiesand a strong international presence.

HMY has several production plants in France, Spain, UK, Turkey, Brazil, China and Singapore which has lead to it becomingthe retail equipment leader, which is recognizedworldwide.

The appointment of Ignacio Marin and José Benito Pardo reinforce the confidence of the HMY shareholders and the future of the Group in its strategic plan to continue to grow and expand and continuously improve on all levels.
