HMY reinforces its technological offering for retail thanks to its collaboration with Hiberus

HMY, international leader in global services and innovation for retail, has chosen Hiberus, experts in providing technological services, as an exclusive strategic partner in developing technological solutions and applications for retail. In this way, HMY continues working to promote digital transformation in traditional retail outlets.

With this alliance, HMY reinforces its offer and positioning as a provider of technological solutions for brands and distributors, thus expanding its portfolio of services in both customised products and standard solutions.

Lorena Gómez Latorre, Retail Technology Manager at HMY, states that “this collaboration with Hiberus entails a strategic alliance for the company that will allow us to continue to make progress in our ambition to lead our clients towards the retail of the future, marked without a doubt by digital transformation and the integration of all the channels in the same physical sales space.”

Hiberus thus becomes a strategic partner for HMY for its commitment to R&D and its extensive background in developing technology businesses.

HMY and Hiberus have already collaborated in projects for such well-known brands as Vodafone and Coca-Cola, implementing customised solutions designed by HMY, including interactive kiosks or applications that enable real-time data collection, obtaining analytical reports from the most requested products and services in the store.

Innovation in retail

The collaboration with Hiberus thus broadens HMY’s already extensive range of technological products, implementing innovative technologies that improve efficiency when selling in commercial spaces. In addition, in a context in which the consumer is increasingly demanding, HMY is enhancing the shopping experience by making it a competitive and differential element for its customers.

This partnership is added to the alliance that HMY already signed up to last June with Netipbox, one of the leading platforms in digital signage software, integrating its services in the group’s portfolio of technological solutions.

HMY thus confirms the firm commitment to promote digital transformation of physical sales outlets, encouraging the consumer to have a valuable experience in the commercial spaces of brands and distributors.
