A 360º PROJECT TEAM
Our client director and project leader are focused on the client. They have the full vision of the project from the information gathering phase. They coordinate all functions involved.
Our retail advisor and account manager focus on co-creation to make the project successful and manage the administrative tasks.
Our designers, architects and engineers, develop the conceptual, creative and technical part of the project.
Our project managers carry out the project from a technical and operational point of view. They exploit the resources, control the quality, coordinate procurement, select the supply chain and monitor pre-assembly.
The production managers are responsible for the manufacturing tasks occurring in our state-of the-art factories.
The site managers are responsible for the logistics, assembly, on-site management, delivery and post-sale service.
We analyze and define the project scope, its complexity and scale, its production needs and installation geography, to allocate the appropriate resources to meet cost, time and quality objectives.
We plan and coordinate all tasks such as: design, engineering, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and installation, and in doing so create the basis for effective quality, cost and time control.
We integrate the internal and external multidisciplinary teams working on the project, harmonizing execution times. Our mission is to anticipate and prevent possible unforeseen issues which have the potential of delaying due dates and increasing expenses.
With the objective of meeting time, cost and quality requirements, we monitor and supervise prototype production, manufacturing processes, furniture finishes, logistics, store interventions and shopfitting installations.
Global Project Management
Once all tasks are completed, we handover the store. We monitor the implementation of possible corrections, giving specific attention to the coherence between the initial plan and the final construction.
