To do this, it has designed a new store concept, called Store Identity 3.0, which focuses on offering consumers the best point-of-sale experience and strengthening the value of the brand through an attractive, original, and innovative format.
HMY has been responsible for implementing its new “Shop in Shop” and Customer Service Center concepts in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and France.
HUAWEI required a partner who was capable of internationally managing its retail project, with guaranteed delivery and monitoring throughout the entire execution process, while at the same time maintaining brand equity and the expectations for high quality in their commercial spaces.
The coordination of the project was not done in a centralized manner by HUAWEI, but rather each country took charge of managing the implementation in their stores, which involved organizational efforts from our international commercial and operations teams with the ability to meet the specific needs of each country.
