We transformed the high-volume product area at Carrefour hypermarkets

With a new concept inspired by household pantries, where basic foodstuffs are stored in an organized, visual fashion, we remodeled this section in Carrefour hypermarkets in order to offer the client a different, more intimate and welcoming purchase experience.

Our more than 50 years of experience in retail led Carrefour to trust our experts to create this innovative design for the high-volume product area, which we carried out from the initial idea all the way to final assembly.

Unlike the current setup, with the new concept, we decided to rotate the shelves by 15º to provide a better view of the products. This makes the entry into this area have a wider aisle, facilitating movement through it and making the purchase experience more pleasant.

We lowered the ceilings with wooden coverings and implemented specific lighting for the central aisle so that the zone stands out from the rest of the space.

We used the already-existing shelves, making over their image with wooden coverings on the skirting boards and headers, providing for much greater and more attractive visual communication.

In short, we offered a comprehensive service, walking with Carrefour throughout all of the phases of the transformation process for this hypermarket zone.
